[Business Traveler] Accommodation Guidelines

1. Reservation Instructions

The hotel has a total of 181 guest rooms, available in sizes of 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 ping, including family rooms. Please refer to the hotel's official website for the latest room rates.

Room Cleaning Information:

For long-stay guests, cleaning services will be provided 1–2 times a week. In case of special circumstances, please notify the front desk staff in advance for additional cleaning arrangements.

In compliance with national environmental policies, disposable amenities will not be provided in guest rooms; please request them at the front desk if needed.

Room rates include breakfast, served in buffet style: Breakfast Hours: 07:00 – 10:00

2. Accommodation Guidelines

Check-in Time: After 15:00

Check-out Time: Before 11:00

Please check in according to the hotel's regulations; if you are unable to complete the check-in process by the latest check-in time, please contact us to ensure your accommodation rights.

When checking in, please present a government-issued valid photo identification as required by law and settle any outstanding payments. Thank you for your cooperation.

Guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult to check in. For extended stays, the hotel will not enter the room for cleaning without the consent of the guest.

3. Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to check in on the scheduled date, the hotel will charge a cancellation fee based on the standardized contract cancellation policy issued by the tourism bureau, as follows:

Cancellation notified 3 days (inclusive) before check-in: Full refund of the prepaid room rate 100%

Cancellation notified 1–2 days before check-in: Refund of 50% of the prepaid room rate 50%

Cancellation on the day of check-in or failure to check in on the scheduled date: No refund of the prepaid room rate

4. Other Important Notes

The hotel has an underground parking facility; if you require parking, please inform us in advance. When going out, please carry your room card and keep it safe.

Please carry valuables with you to avoid loss; the hotel is not responsible for any lost items. In accordance with government regulations, smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel; please use the outdoor smoking area on the first floor if needed.

Please confirm the location of your guest room and familiarize yourself with the location and direction of emergency exits for rapid and safe evacuation in case of emergencies.
